Display reports based on custom conditions
Right now there is no option for the admin learners to view the dashboard based on multiple conditions. Admins wants this support so that they can go view how their learners groups are performing.

A proper representation for showing the course updates to learners who have already completed the course so that they can get themselves re-enrolled.

Right now, a manager is assigned at a group level and courses are assigned to this group. Instead of having a common manager review the task submissions of a learner, admins would like to map different managers for different learners
